Founder & Managing Principal

Melvin J. Martinez

Melvin Martinez is Founder & Managing Principal at Melekh Investments where he leads strategic focus and invetsment objectives. He serves as CEO of BMA Ministries International a global humanitarian organization headquartered in Miami, Florida that partners with leading agencies, foundations, government, philanthropists, and churches in a collective capacity to solve critical social problems around the world. As such the focus of Melekh is to provide "Patient Capital" to help catalyze economic development, which is Melvin's area of concentration and expertise.

Co-Managing Partner

Victor Garcia

Victor Garcia is Co-Managing Partner at Melekh Investments LP where he leads Impact investments. He has been SVP of BMA Ministries International Inc. Victor has close to a decade in private equity, venture capital and impact investing experience.

Director of Compliance

Jerry Shaw

Mr Shaw serves as Director of Compliance and Legal Advisor to Melekh Investments Fund Management team. Mr Shaw has over 40 years experience in corporate law, banking and finance law, and serving as head of compliance at various financial institutions.
